Galaxy Outdoor Lighting Warranty
Galaxy Outdoor Lighting Warrants all its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage:
• This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
• During the warranty period, Galaxy Outdoor Lighting will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use.
• Maintenance such as periodic cleaning and grease applications are highly recommended. The warranty does not cover erosion and oxidation caused by external and/or environmental factors/ well water or sprinkler water.

Void of Warranty:
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
• Galaxy Outdoor Lighting will not be responsible for any misuse or damage resulting from installation negligence.
• Accident, Gardening tools, Theft, power surges or outages, or other events or circumstances outside the control of galaxy outdoor lighting, or has not been operated in accordance with the operating and installation instructions or has been altered in any way will void the warranty.
Merchandise Return Process:
• Merchandise Return Process:
• To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
• No fixtures, transformers, or accessories may be returned by a customer without prior authorization
• It is the Buyers responsibility to ship any item(s) back at their expense to be repaired or exchanged. (No exceptions)
• Galaxy Outdoor Lighting will then ship the items back on BPL expense.
